LPN or RN Lead Home Care Giver
- $34 to $36 Hourly
- Part-Time
I am seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to lead our team of CNA's caring individually for my 94 year old father. As lead care giver, you will play a crucial role in providing oversight and direct patient care. Evaluating and training our CNA's and working with our hospice company to insure my father's care is tailored to his unique personality, and medical condition (vascular dementia).
Duties:
- Overseeing and providing personalized individual care.
- Acting Med Tech.
- Evaluating and setting peri-care, hydration, and meal plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to his son (medical power of attorney).
Qualifications:
- Licensed LPN or RN
- Experience with geriatric care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
