We are looking for a dependable, self motivated individual with the ability to prioritize job duties based on daily business need. This job includes, but is not limited to:

• Recruiting talent to join our team using various platforms
• Administration of HRIS (Paylocity)
• Conduct system audits to verify accurate record-keeping
• Manage onboarding process for new team members
• Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor and/or Executive Team
• Spearhead engagement efforts within company

Requirements

• Prior recruiting experience highly desired
• Prior administrative or HR experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Blue-collar ethic and willing to jump in wherever needed
