Automotive Service Technician - All Levels

Job Summary:
Oak Ridge Nissan is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians at all levels to join our team in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As a Full Time - commission only Technician, you will provide high-quality and efficient automotive services to our customers. This is an individual contributor role in the Auto industry, where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles and use your skills to diagnose and repair any issues.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission only position with a compensation rate of $18 to $32 per hour, based on experience and skill level. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive issues on various makes and models of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and resources to accurately identify and address vehicle concerns
- Communicate with customers about necessary repairs and provide detailed explanations of the work being performed
- Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards set by the company
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and education opportunities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- ASE certifications preferred but not required
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have own set of tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
