About the Role: As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

Manage multiple job sites and installation crews.
Act as the main liaison between our company and homeowners.
Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Conduct daily site inspections and provide updates.
Handle crew recruitment and oversee change orders and upselling.

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in supervising or managing installation crews.
Strong background in residential and commercial construction and masonry.
Knowledge of grading, drainage, and construction safety standards.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating equipment (mini excavators, skid steers, …)
