DVS is looking for a Curriculum Design/STRAP developer to support our team at Fort Gregg-Adams, Petersburg, VA. This position requires a Secret Clearance and will be a hybrid role. (remote option may be available)

This role will provide support to CASCOM ESD. In this role, you will play an integral part contributing your expertise and experience and overseeing various aspects of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Use SAP Design Thinking concept/Agile development process, to create training products User Interface (UI) across the spectrum of training environments.
  • Build and deliver user workflow, design mockups, documentation and final products that solve specific Customer problems.
  • Work closely with software developers throughout the development process.
  • Design the UI/ and user experience (UX) of software products, ensuring that they are visually appealing, easy to use, and meet the Customer at each of the 4 entry point levels.
  • Provide the government with the overarching methodology and suggested tools that will be used to achieve these ends.
  • Lead change management activities.

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of current DoD ERPs GFEBS, GCSS-Army, and LMP and at least 5-8 years of SAP ERP development experience.
  • Skill in establishing guidelines, academic roadmaps, and policies for course curriculum.
  • Experience in executing class training and providing instruction at the Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of creating lesson plans, explaining new / emerging concepts and theories.
  • Knowledge of DoD, Joint, and DA logistics management and acquisition policies, and procedures with particular emphasis in Weapon System Operational Readiness (OP) reporting procedures, Weapon System Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) to conduct technical, logistical, and maintenance support studies and assessments to develop and evaluate new sustainment methodologies, equipment, processes and policies applicable to the centralized life cycle management.
  • Contract personnel are expected to have journey man equivalent experience in Logistics (900 series) specializing in Supply or missile, or aramaments specialties with a strong background in ERP systems.
  • Contractor personnel must be able to prepare briefings for senior leaders at either the general officer or the SES/GS levels.
  • Contractor personnel shall demonstrate (reading, comprehension and writing) in English at a business/collegiate and professional level, in addition to have a working knowledge of the Army writing style. The audience is government, senior level professionals.
  • Other duties as assigned
