At Sparrow Electric we’re looking for engaging brand ambassadors to help promote our solar business with lead generation. In this role you will interact with homeowners at our event booths stationed at home shows, vendor markets, expos, theaters, and sporting events. Most shifts will be on weeknights and weekends. Additional shifts will be available during the week based on event availability.

The main goal of this position is to book appointments with qualified homeowners to learn more about solar power. We make this fun by having games and free prizes available to people passing by to make them want to stop and interact with you. It’s then easy to share a brief conversation/pitch about solar power. Extensive one-on-one training is provided to show you how to engage with homeowners, sell the benefits of solar, and ultimately book qualified appointments.

Base pay starts at $18 per hour. In addition, we pay a $10 commission per booked appointment. Successful candidates can make $30+ an hour.
