Retail Manager

Retail Manager Description: The retail manager is responsible for managing all functions of the retail space including the brick-and-mortar store and online store. Key responsibilities include hiring and managing staff, marketing (storefront and online), inventory management, packaging and shipping products, development and roll-out of new products, and providing a best in class customer service program. Responsibilities: The smooth function of the retail and online markets Hiring, supervising, and scheduling staff as required Ordering and managing inventory from multiple suppliers Developing marketing strategies for both the online and brick-and-mortar sites Ensuring product gets shipped out in a timely manner plus ensuring the correct packaging supplies are in inventory Work with consultants and in-house management teams to develop a sharp looking brick-and-mortar store (includes arrangement of existing merchandise holders and new shelving, etc) Fill out the remaining store space with items that can sell in the storefront and online – purge old products that do not sell and replace with different offerings Develop advertising campaigns with marketing manager to raise sales at the brick-and-mortar store and online Implement and update the online store - develop a key word strategy through google analytics and other marketing strategies to gain the most traction to the online store site Skills/Requirements: Flexible work hours Ability to communicate with owners/upper management Ability to lift 50 lbs. The Brewhosue boasts two levels of seating and entertainment coupled with an outdoor beer garden, sand volleyball court, bocce ball court, and other amenities. Poppie's Specialty Market is a small meat market coupled with a gift shop and other complimentary offerings.
