This position pays up to $35/hour, depending on experience.

Description of Role:

SRI Telecom seeks an experienced Outside Plant Technical Project Lead to contribute expertise to ISP/OSP maintenance teams. Responsibilities include assisting ISP/OSP Fiber Technicians in hands on building, tracking, reporting, and analyzing key metrics for numerous projects. Utilizing strong Excel skills, the role involves processing milestone data, identifying project focus areas, and presenting insights and dashboards to upper management. The position values technical proficiency and a proactive approach to process establishment for effective team leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Host daily safety/check in meetings to ensure both a safe working environment as well as status on projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to retrieve updates, track projects, and ensure daily operations are maintained seamlessly.
• Perform general data mining to generate visual reports to key stakeholders.
• Learn and develop an understanding of all systems, tools and processes (i.e. reporting, capacity and ticketing tools, etc.) that support workflow of projects and business as usual operations.
• Suggest improvements.

• Must be able to speak to your experience in building and maintaining both ISP and OSP fiber networks.
• Must be able to speak to your experience on team leadership and building strong culture.
• Must be able to track and report on milestones, what is a risk of missing and why.
• Must be able to speak to your experience managing large amounts of data in Excel.
• Must have strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
