This position comes with a competitive salary of $47,000/year.

In addition to receiving wonderful benefits, such as 40 hours of sick pay annually. Wait there's more! After 60 days of employment, we offer dental, vision, health, and supplemental insurance benefits. YOUR NEW ROLE

You can expect to work from Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Your job is to oversee projects, check work quality, and handle negotiations. You efficiently assign tasks to your crew and oversee them as they complete our various projects. Safety and performance are non-negotiable, so you make sure your crew shows up on time, looks presentable, and uses their gear properly.

You train new hires on our procedures and offer feedback to your crew. As needed, you troubleshoot problems and get help from the project manager. You attend weekly meetings, keep our trucks clean, and manage any customer concerns. Your commitment to excellence ensures every project is a huge success!
