Land Development Project Manager

Were seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in civil engineering land development. This person is highly trained in engineering and has a track record of success in project or program management. This person must be an outstanding communicator, exceptional leader, and even better strategist.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining our standards of excellence and delivering projects with the utmost attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Site / civil development including grading design; roadway design; storm water management systems modeling and design; sewer, water and reuse systems modeling and design; and erosion and sediment control design.
• Management of all associated calculations, reports, supporting documents, and schedule & financial progress of projects.
• Develop project scopes and timelines, fee schedules, and prepare proposals for new projects.
• Prepare and submit SOQs.

Requirements

• 6 years of progressive experience.
• Professional Engineer license required
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited civil engineering or related program
• Knowledge in grading and drainage, paving, water, sewer, and Stormwater Management Plans
• Experience with AutoCAD & Civil 3D
• Preferably Water CAD, Storm CAD, Sewer CAD, ICPR, and HEC-RAS
• Knowledge of local city, county and state land development processes and regulations
