THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE:

You'll enjoy a consistent schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

As our Automotive Service Advisor - Auto Service Writer, you'll be the driving force behind our customer-focused mission. With an infectious smile, you'll warmly greet customers, making them feel right at home the moment they step into our vibrant facility. Your exceptional organizational skills will keep the gears running smoothly as you expertly schedule and manage jobs, ensuring our clients' vehicles receive top-notch treatment.

But that's not all! You'll be the trusted advisor who bridges the gap between our skilled technicians and our valued customers. Using your excellent communication skills, you'll decode technical lingo into easily digestible insights for our clients. With precision and transparency, you'll create accurate estimates, empowering our customers to make well-informed decisions about their vehicle's maintenance and repairs.
