Position Overview

NOW 100.5 FM is seeking a Radio Music Mixer to host our Saturday night NOW’s Lit Saturday Night show.

Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.

• This position is designated as a remote role. Employee may work from home but will be required to work from a state where Bonneville is an established business.

What You Will Do:

Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Produce broadcast quality radio mix show

• Take direction from Program Director and Music Director on music list and music flow

• Responsibly edit songs for appropriate content as directed by Program Director

• Deliver an entertaining and engaging on-air presentation that connects with the adult audiences

• Understand station’s brand promise and work in compliance with company policies and procedures

• Understand and adhere to policies and FCC Rules and Regulations

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:

• Previous radio experience preferred

• Familiarity with Zetta2Go a plus

• Build audience by connecting with listeners and generating loyalty

• Ability to work independently at times, but also able to take direction from Management/Supervisors and be open to coaching

Physical Demands

• Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.

• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.

• Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation Range

$15.50-$30.00 per hour Hourly rate will be determined by an evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal and external benchmark
