Job Overview:

We are searching for a skilled and imaginative Motion Designer to enrich our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting stunning renderings and animations of confidential, cutting-edge devices using CAD, Adobe Suite, Maya and other leading 3D rendering software. This role demands not only technical proficiency but also exceptional storytelling abilities, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. You'll be joining a globally distributed marketing team, supporting multiple brands on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

•  3D Modeling and Rigging: Create intricate 3D models and rigs of confidential devices, and scenarios as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Animation: Produce captivating animations that bring our devices to life, suitable for various platforms like social media, websites, and digital marketing endeavors.
•  Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to plan and visualize motion graphics and video projects effectively.
• Brand Cohesion: Ensure that all visual content aligns seamlessly with our brand identity, messaging, and overarching marketing objectives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business goals.
• Video Editing: Seamlessly integrate 3D animations into video footage, incorporating music, sound effects, and motion graphics to create polished and engaging content.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects from conception to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay up to date with latest trends and innovations in motion design and video production, implementing new techniques to enhance our visual storytelling.
•  Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and enhance video projects continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Production, or a related field.
•  Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, animation, and video editing skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• Thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and narrative storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Capacity to excel under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or similar 3D animation software.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
