In this role, you will help shape engaging digital experiences by bringing products and interfaces to life through thoughtful motion design and interaction storytelling. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft seamless animations, intuitive transitions, and scalable motion systems that enhance usability and reinforce brand identity. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative digital products in a highly creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. You will contribute from early concepts and storyboards through final production-ready assets, ensuring every interaction feels polished and meaningful. The role is ideal for someone passionate about combining visual creativity with user-centered thinking to simplify complex experiences. You will also have the opportunity to influence motion design standards, mentor peers, and support a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and design excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Design and create high-quality animations, transitions, interaction flows, and motion studies that improve the overall digital product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, producers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities where motion design can enhance usability, communication, and product clarity.
  • Translate business objectives and product strategies into intuitive motion concepts and scalable interaction systems.
  • Communicate motion behavior, timing, pacing, and interaction intent effectively to engineering teams to support accurate implementation in production.
  • Contribute to defining motion principles, interaction patterns, and consistent motion systems across products and experiences.
  • Extend and evolve visual systems through motion while ensuring alignment with brand identity and user experience goals.
  • Support the improvement of internal workflows, tooling, and collaborative design processes to increase efficiency and creative quality.
  • Mentor and support other motion designers by providing constructive feedback, guidance, and craft leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring team environment focused on creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design within a studio, digital agency, product company, or freelance environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion craft, interaction design, and product-focused thinking.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered methodologies.
  • Ability to transform complex concepts into polished, intuitive, and engaging motion experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and clearly communicating motion specifications and interaction behaviors.
  • Strong visual design sensibility with excellent understanding of timing, composition, pacing, and movement.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Lottie/Bodymovin, and modern motion design workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like Rive, Spline, After Effects, or Cinema 4D is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of front-end implementation or creative development practices is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and feedback-sharing skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and inclusive teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package based on experience and expertise.
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility and work-life balance support.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative digital products and impactful creative projects.
  • Collaborative and inclusive culture that values creativity, diversity, and professional growth.
  • Access to learning and development opportunities to strengthen technical and creative skills.
  • Exposure to multidisciplinary teams and high-profile product design initiatives.
  • Supportive environment encouraging mentorship, collaboration, and career progression.
