Our Bowie, MD facility spans 5,000 square feet, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment tailored for sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our experienced team fosters an environment that prioritizes patient-centric care, creating a pathway for recovery and improved quality of life.

Work Environment

Working onsite, you will be part of a collaborative team consisting of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all committed to providing top-notch care. Our rehabilitation center emphasizes a supportive and innovative environment, where you will have direct access to a diverse patient population and share your expertise in therapeutic modalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and establish treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Treat 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each session is focused on evidence-based practices that promote effective recovery.
  • Design and implement customized care plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities, including exercises, manual therapy, and educational resources.
  • Encourage patients to adhere to their rehabilitation protocols, providing motivation and inspiration to help them achieve their best possible outcomes.
  • Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment efficacy, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary interventions for comprehensive patient care.
  • Regularly assess and modify treatment protocols to improve patient outcomes and enhance recovery times.

Qualifications
  • DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
