Rejuvenate Motion Therapy is looking for a dedicated and passionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Bowie, Maryland. As a full-time therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping our patients regain their mobility and achieve optimal physical health. With a focus on individualized care, you will guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they reach their personal wellness goals.

Rejuvenate Motion Therapy is a leading rehabilitation center dedicated to empowering individuals through specialized physical therapy services. Our Bowie, MD facility spans 5,000 square feet, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment tailored for sports medicine and rehabilitation. Our experienced team fosters an environment that prioritizes patient-centric care, creating a pathway for recovery and improved quality of life.

Working onsite, you will be part of a collaborative team consisting of two physical therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all committed to providing top-notch care. Our rehabilitation center emphasizes a supportive and innovative environment, where you will have direct access to a diverse patient population and share your expertise in therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and establish treatment goals tailored to individual circumstances.
• Treat 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each session is focused on evidence-based practices that promote effective recovery.
• Design and implement customized care plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities, including exercises, manual therapy, and educational resources.
• Encourage patients to adhere to their rehabilitation protocols, providing motivation and inspiration to help them achieve their best possible outcomes.
• Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment efficacy, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary interventions for comprehensive patient care.
• Regularly assess and modify treatment protocols to improve patient outcomes and enhance recovery times.

Our center primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic issues, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Patients range from athletes seeking to regain performance to active adults wanting to enhance their mobility and overall health. At Rejuvenate Motion Therapy, we are dedicated to reducing dependency on prescription medications and exploring non-surgical options for all our clients.

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid State Physical Therapist License with no history of disciplinary action.
• Excellent manual therapy skills and foundation in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Proficient in using EMR systems, particularly with software like WebPT.

• At least one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Experience treating a diverse patient population with a variety of orthopedic conditions is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
