Position Overview

(Cary, NC and unanticipated locations throughout the US)

Implementation of ERP (SAP/eXtend), software development for parts and service modules including Warehouse Management, Inventory Planning and Parts (Order) Management, Service Management, Rental (Fleet Management), Equipment (Sales) management.

Responsibilities

Streamline business processes with the use of Business Process Modeler. Design, test and deployment of Business Intelligence Cubes, Price Tape upload programs and Hose Assembly programs. Requirement gathering, gap analysis, product development design, specialized in providing solutions for Heavy Equipment & Rental Industry in the areas of logistics, and business intelligence. Write functional design documents, and product documents. Carry out system study, design, development, maintenance, deployment, documentation and testing of new functionalities and bug fixes. Provide support, training and resolve functional issues. Perform data migration to latest version of ERP). Build programs (Baan tools) to migrate into ERP system. Develop modules using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Share-point, CRM. Implementation of applications such as e-inspection, e-service tech, service scheduler, Docusign integration with ERP. Creation and deployment of XI Workflow rules as per business requirements. Work with customer's SMEs/ business key users in completing User Acceptance Testing ("UAT") Common Room Piloting (“CRP”). Provide production support after project "go live" to the customer's Production ERP system. Train new associates and consultants on ERP and its product suites.

Required Skills & Education

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field
• Must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or related ERP consulting position
• Must have 3 years of experience with: Baan/Infor ERP (Sales, Distribution and Warehousing Module), MSCRM, C programming, SQL, Business Intelligence, Power BI, and Share-point
• Travel required to unanticipated locations throughout the US
