Remote Customer Service Representative (Must be local to NE OH)
Pay: $19/hourly
Length: 6 months
Location: Remote with 1-2 weeks of onsite training
Schedule: M-F, 12-8pm
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is looking for a remote call center representative to assist a local, not-for-profit organization!
Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities:
• Responds to inquiries using established policy and procedures
• Uses exceptional customer service techniques for handling communication inquiries to collect information, assess needs, and provide information about resources available.
• Responds in a professional, nonjudgmental manner when interacting with all populations.
• Implements customer service techniques for handling calls and de-escalating situations.
• Implements established processes for collecting and documenting data and other pertinent information required to compile reports and metrics.
• Maintains knowledge of utility programs, participates in team meetings, and completes reading, training, and other assignments.
• Wired internet connection.
