Project Administrator Internship

Twining Holdings, an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company with 100 years of history, is seeking a Project Administrator for a temporary, full-time internship for our Long Beach facility to last from approximately the end of May 2024 through the beginning of September 2024.

We’re looking for a take-charge professional to handle administrative responsibilities. Position will assist with monthly billing, accounts receivable and heavy data-entry. Individual must be self-starting, and detail oriented as this position requires a degree of follow-up skills. Position requires multi-tasking skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and accuracy with numbers.

Job Duties:

Assist with processing monthly invoices with accuracy and a focus on capturing billable revenues.
Editing, coding, and verifying billable items to ensure proper reporting of project costs and revenues.
Interaction with clients and provides necessary billing documents and resolutions on billing discrepancies.
Maintain and update clients' accounts.

Qualifications:

High school diploma.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Business math skills and demonstrated ability to create spreadsheets at an intermediate user level.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word, and general software programs.
Reliable and punctual.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary commensurate with experience.
