Job Description
Mackin's Auto Body is currently seeking a Production Manager / Blueprinter for our North Portland location.
Must be reliable, punctual, organized and have a minimum of 3 years of auto collision estimating and DRP experience.
Job will consist of but may not be limited to the following:
- Manage daily shop production
- Control costs and ensure the profitability of the shop
- Blueprinting repairs after disassembly
- Able to make quick good judgement on unforeseen situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain good relationships with customers, staff, insurers
- Adhere to company operating procedures and processes
Compensation for this position will be based on years of experience and performance results
