Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Pressure and Power Washing Technician to join our team. This role is not just about operating machinery; it's about ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness for various surfaces, including pavers, houses, turf, and concrete. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining their equipment and vehicle, canvassing for new business, and upholding Elite Turf / The Turf Squad's commitment to excellence in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pressure and power washing equipment to clean various surfaces.
• Load and unload equipment, ensuring safe transportation to and from job sites.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment and company vehicle.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks of cleaned surfaces.
• Interact with customers professionally, reviewing completed work for satisfaction.
• Accurately track work hours and job details using our designated apps.
• Follow all safety procedures to protect property and ensure personal safety.
• Engage in canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in pressure washing.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Quick to learn, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional and respectful customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with scheduling or routing apps is preferred; training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Availability for Saturday shifts.
