DVS is looking for an SAP SME to support our CASCOM team at Fort Lee, Petersburg, VA. This position requires a Secret Clearance and may be a hybrid role.

This role will provide support to CASCOM ESD. In this role, you will play an integral part contributing your expertise and experience and overseeing various aspects of the proposed project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
• Supports fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance on training solutions that support the Army's ERP effort, and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
• Oversees Training Instructional design teams agile teams of contract support personnel consisting of the prime contractor and all subcontractors of the team at multiple locations.
• Supports and assists in maintaining and management the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization and meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
• Assists in providing ERP (GCSS-A, GFEBS, & LMP) interface direction and coordination.
• Assists in the evaulation & timely staffing of qualified contractor personnel and subsequent availability to support the Performance Work Statement requirements.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of current DoD ERPs GFEBS, GCSS-Army, and LMP and at least 5-8 years of SAP ERP development experience.
• Skill in establishing guidelines, academic roadmaps, and policies for course curriculum development in the platform and multimedia environment.
• Experience in supervising and evaluating different class media delivery methods and providing instruction at the Foundational, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
• In-depth knowledge of creating lesson plans and explaining new / emerging concepts and theories.
• Knowledge of DoD, Joint, and DA logistics management and acquisition policies, and procedures, conducting technical, logistical, and maintenance support studies and assessments to develop and evaluate new sustainment training methodologies, equipment, processes and policies applicable to the centralized life cycle management.
• Contractor personnel shall demonstrate (reading, comprehension and writing) in English at a business/collegiate and professional level, in addition to have a working knowledge of the Army writing style. The audience is government, senior-level professionals.
• Contractor should be able to prepare briefings for executive and general officer level meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project Manager and Outlook.
• Other duties as assigned.
