PurposeCare and its affiliate companies are looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients. We have immediate openings for Caregivers who can provide companion support and caring assistance for our community’s most vulnerable.

PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest and provides home-based care services to more than 3,000 clients a month carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
• A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
