Job Description: As a carpenter at Pro 163 Construction, LLC, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing your skills and expertise to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects. From framing to finishing, you will play a key role in bringing architectural designs to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project plans
• Install and repair structures and fixtures, including windows, doors, cabinets, and trim work
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate project tasks and ensure seamless integration of systems
• Safely operate hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and care of tools and equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in carpentry techniques and best practices
• Skilled in accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to drive a truck with trailer
• Must have a clean driving history to be added to insurance
