Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate price quotes for vehicle transportation.

- Communicate with customers via calls, texts, and emails.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients.

- Facilitate and monitor the signing of contracts.

- Source and coordinate drivers for transportation.

- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with carriers and shippers.

- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers for cost-effective solutions.

- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage the entire car brokerage process from booking to final delivery.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any arising issues.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a car shipping broker.

- Proven ability to acquire new customers and business.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Proficiency in using management software and tools.
