Position: Merchandising Representative

Location: Scottsdale, AZ, 85255

Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

** Total Weekly Hours: 26 (Flexible Schedule)

Job Objective:

The Merchandising Representative plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding the Client, Incorporated portfolio by effectively merchandising displays and cultivating strong relationships with retail stores.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Territory Management:

• Ensure meticulous maintenance, rotation, and stocking of displays across all client segments.
• Foster ongoing communication with Key Managers in retail stores, forging robust relationships with management and receivers.
• Conduct daily checks on code dates, product rotation, and minimize credit issues.
• Ensure all orders are displayed with precision and excellence.

Special Projects:

• Execute identified special projects and in-store promotions with precision.

Display Management:

• Strategically merchandise floor displays and counter racks, introducing incremental displays where applicable.
• Optimize display locations seasonally, ensuring minimal backroom inventory.
• Maintain semi-permanent displays and uphold Client seasonal and basic displays as required.

Shelf Standards and Conditions:

• Regularly rotate products to maintain freshness on shelves.
• Implement Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials such as danglers, standees, signage, case cards, and banners to enhance brand presence and maximize sales.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience in merchandising and sales.
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs and interpret planograms.
• Access to a laptop for payroll purposes.

Administration/Reporting:

• Provide comprehensive reporting via email notes at the end of business every Friday (weekly), and check emails daily.
