Role and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule 2pm-1130pm;
• Performs routine preventative maintenance as scheduled and required on equipment in facility;
• Responsible for trouble-shooting in problem related areas pertaining to maintenance, plumbing, electrical, lawn, etc. 
• Services, adjusts and repairs basic mechanical equipment as needed;
• Maintains and delivers stock supplies as required; assist in inventory control which may include computerized inventory systems;
• Performs janitorial duties within assigned areas as scheduled i.e. trash disposal, sweeping;
• Completes approved work orders from departments;
• Responsible for inventory and re-stocking of the cafeteria supplies;
• Performs other duties as required or requested by Management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and negotiate stairs and ladders easily;
• Requires at least six months’ general maintenance/custodian experience;
• Must be mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands;
• Ability to work proficiently under minimal direct supervision;
• Candidate will possess a self-starter mindset;
• Must be able to work independently and manage the timeline of multiple projects;
• Excellent time management skills; 
• Forklift licensed preferred, but willing to train the right candidate;
• Must be comfortable using an industrial sweeper 
• Must have reliable transportation
