What You Will Do...

As a Regional Manager, you will provide support to all Center Managers, Assistant Center Managers and all other instructors under them at multiple locations across WA. Hiring the correct leaders and training each Center Manager and Assistant Center Manager once they are hired, running weekly meetings, holding each of our centers to their revenue goal and making sure our students have the best experience possible. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to: making schedules, communicating with parents, choosing the correct curriculum for our students, meetings with school representatives, working with other organizations to give back to the community, organize events, inventory, collaborating with other franchisees and so much more!

Duties & Responsibilities..

Build, lead and mentor center teams.

• Establish a culture that fosters Mathnasiums mission and values.
• Making sure all center's are performing and scaling to their best potential.
• Providing support to all the Center Directors.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and leadership skills including a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service, the ability to act appropriately under pressure, the ability to apply good judgment in ambiguous situations, and demonstrated flexibility/adaptability.
• Help with school outreach, marketing.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environments.

Qualifications:

• Great to have a prior Mathnasium experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve objectives in a participative management style.
• Outstanding verbal, written and technical communication abilities.
• Candidates should possess consultative sales skills which include; rapport building, active listening, assessing customer needs, overcoming conversational objections and closing.
• Highly organized; managing multiple, concurrent priorities/projects with accuracy and sense of urgency; plan and work under own initiative.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze/interpret business reports and statistics, as well as write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends with local travel required.
• Must be in the local to the area, or be willing to relocate.
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Completed Bachelors Degree, preferred in education, math, business or related field
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
