Job DescriptionCompany Description
CPA firm seeking an audit manager / Sr. Audit Manager to plan and review audits for businesses in the HUD and low income housing industry.
Responsibilities
- Planning and reviewing audits for HUD clients
- Reviewing quarterly financial information
- Developing and maintaining strong client relations
- Performing tax compliance services for clients
- Determining the best tax strategy to optimize the clients’ tax issues
Qualifications
- CPA
- 8+ years at a public accounting firm in the HUD /low income housing industry
- Experience with foundation returns (990’s) & Partnerships (1065’s) returns.
