Extremely well respected and rated Automotive Shop in Cincinnati, OH seeking is seeking experience Automotive General Service Technician to join the team!This shop specializes works on all makes and models and prides itself on customer and employee experience and commitment. Joint a great, hard working team and provide the best service to the best customers in the area!

As an Automotive General Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition. This includes but is not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other general vehicle maintenance tasks. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and brake inspections.
• Inspect vehicles according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Diagnose basic vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Replace filters, belts, and other vehicle parts as needed.
• Perform basic automotive repairs such as replacing batteries, bulbs, and wiper blades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance needs.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and advancements through training and self-study.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification is a plus.
