We are seeking a driven and experienced individual to join our team as a Registered Representative (RR). As a Registered Representative, you will play a key role in providing investment advisory services, managing client portfolios, and helping clients navigate the complexities of the financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and exceptional client support.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
• Recommend and implement appropriate investment strategies and asset allocation models based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
• Provide ongoing investment advice, guidance, and education to clients, addressing their concerns, questions, and changing financial circumstances.
• Execute investment transactions, including buying and selling securities, managing portfolios, and monitoring investment performance.
• Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies to ensure ethical standards and protect clients' interests.
• Collaborate with team members and specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions and meet clients' diverse needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Representative or in a related role within the financial services industry.
• Life Insurance License in Texas REQUIRED.
• Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
• Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.

Compensation:

This position offers a commission-only compensation structure with earning potential ranging from $100,000 to $300,000+ annually, based on individual performance and productivity.
