Commercial HVAC Installer – Lead Mechanic

We are looking for a Lead Commercial HVAC Installer/Mechanic to join our team! We are offering a full-time position in the Delaware Valley/PA/NJ/DE/MD region.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead Mechanic that is responsible to Install various types of Commercial HVAC systems.
To lead a crew (apprentice) to remove and Install new commercial HVAC equipment.
To complete high and low voltage wiring necessary to complete proper startup of equipment.
To complete all refrigerate piping, brazing, proper evacuation, and micron testing.
To properly configure/set up and start equipment for proper operation.
To properly install flue or pvc venting.
Comfortable to communicate with customers and team.

Requirements:

Experienced installer 5+ years of experience.
Organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently- maximizing productivity and minimizing down time.
Utilize an electronic tablet for all facets of information sharing, scheduling, emails, etc.
Carrying and climbing ladders.
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as PPE, safety procedures and/or the maintenance of a clean work area.
EPA Type I + Type II refrigeration certification (Type III is a plus!).
Ability and willingness to work overtime.
Reliability / dependability.
Valid drivers license.

This position requires a range of physical abilities consisting of climbing, carrying 50 lbs. or more, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, push/pull, heights, confined spaces, etc.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
