RIC Aiport Rental Car Supervisor

EDS Service Solutions is currently seeking a Rental Car Supervisor to join our team at our Richmond, VA location.

EDS Service Solutions partners with the leading car rental companies all over the country to provide exceptional service in providing the back end operations for the Car Rental Center. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor in Richmond, VA! As a supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the car rental industry to ensure cars are transported to the correct areas of the rental lot in a timely matter. Your primary function will be ensuring drivers are picking up the cars that are dropped off by customers to get them cleaned and serviced, that clean vehicles are staged for new customers and that the lot is full of rental cars for our client to rent out. This role is operational, not an office role.

Pay: $15- Weekly Pay!!

Location: Richmond International Airport

The job duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• You will monitor all employees scheduled to work on your shift.
• Make sure employees are productive while at work
• Making sure employees are following safety protocols
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location.
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards.
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed.
• Cover driver/transporters when needed to fulfill customer needs.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Train and develop team members
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record (3 years)
• Weekend availability is required
• Excellent customer service
