POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for growing HFI sales by initiating projects for new ingredients with existing customers and work to develop and maintain customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and optimal customer experience.
- Represent HFI at conventions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Present and promote HFI’s products/services to prospective customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Learn the process through which grains are transformed into edible food items and how these food items sustain us.
- Participate in sales meetings, training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge while utilizing internal technology platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a team player.
- Some travel is required.
