Job Summary: We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead HVAC employees to install, maintain, and repair the client's HVAC systems. As an HVAC Service Manager, you must routinely collaborate closely with repair and install technicians, dispatch workers, and other supervisors to ensure customer loyalty while achieving departmental objectives and goals. Managers often communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on job or project status and needs. The Service Manager must serve as a representative of the company.

Pay: $45.00/hr.-$55.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday- Friday 7am-4:30pm

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years HVAC service experience
• Vocational, training in an HVAC program (preferred)
• Minneapolis card (preferred)
• NATE certified (preferred)
• EPA 608 certified (preferred)
• Experience in building and managing positive, productive teams. (preferred)
• Expert in servicing boilers, sheet metal, ductless, heat pumps, air conditioners, furnace - all HVAC equipment
• Provide technical support for HVAC technicians.
• Organize training and ongoing support for installation and service teams. Responsible for training service and Installers both in-house and signing up for classes.
• Holds monthly Service Tech meetings (first Tuesday of each month)
• Job Site visits. Manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality assurance on-site.
• Recruits, interviews, hires and trains HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands.
• Employee performance reviews. Reviews technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards.
• Communicate and track job levels with employees (pay for performance)
• Ride along with new employees.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements. Make sure the team is following protocol. (Checking in, asking for reviews, keeping truck stocked, keeping truck clean, following checklists, tracking GPS etc.)
• Understand the sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
