Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist in leading and motivating our dental team to achieve exceptional patient care, high productivity, and job satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Contribute to the smooth operation of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Patient Experience: Collaborate with the team to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care and service.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage appointment scheduling, team schedules, and coordination to optimize practice efficiency.
- Career Advancement: Develop and implement strategies to support the career growth and development of team members.
- Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the practice manager to conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Compliance: Ensure the practice complies with all regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Patient Communication: Handle patient concerns and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain supplies and equipment inventory.
- Training and Development: Promote continuous learning and provide training opportunities for team members.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and engagement initiatives to raise awareness of the practice.
