Job Description
Summary:
Inspect all finished product before being packaged on assembly.
Primary Duties:
- Inspection of all products before it reaches packaging stage.
- Will operate all machines involved in packing product.
- Assist with set up and change over on all Alloys and PMI machines.
- Make sure appropriate materials are in the right machines.
- Comply with all safety rules according to company policy.
- Research and recommend product improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to achieve all levels
Level 1
- product package assembly
- Blister seal/ alignment Inspection
- Container Inspection
- Date Code-Batch Number Processing
- Tube/ Cartridge QC Inspection
- Scrap Separation & Documentation
- Cardboard Waste Disposal
Non-Essential Duties:
- Tally daily production.
- Package and box finished product.
- Maintain cleanliness of work space.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor
Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one (1) year related manufacturing/production experience and/or training.
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
