THE JOB:
Working on presold jobs, including:

-Gutter Installations, 5 and 6" K style, Half Round and Copper Gutters
-Gutter Guard Installations and Servicing Gutters with Gutter Guards
-Gutter Repairs
-Reoccurring gutter cleanings

Gutter cleanings are the best money makers due to the fact that we have literally thousands of jobs each year, all spaced out over five gutter cleaning seasons. This is very routine work, that allows a Gutter Technician to do anywhere between 8-20 jobs per day by himself. Of course, gutter installations, gutter guard installations and gutter repairs make you money between and during the five gutter cleaning seasons in the year. And, if you can think on your feet and identify repairs and upgrades and can make suggestions to customers, you will be able to make sales commissions on top of the gutter work that you are already doing. Essentially you do the work, and the office will take care of all the administrative work such as advertising, scheduling, estimate and proposal write up, closing the sale, billing and collecting from the customers. All you have to do, is be available to do the work when you tell us that you will be available, and the office will do the rest.

All the materials for any installation will be supplied at no cost to you

Installation and specific on the job training is available to insure that you are most efficient

Once you learn the routine, you will be able to receive jobs remotely and you will be able to turn in the completed jobs remotely. No worries, we still work with paper work orders, if that is what you prefer. The flexibility, the income and the future are here!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
-Proficiency with working on extension ladders
-Pick up truck or van
-Hand tools
-Workers Comp Insurance and Business Liability Insurance. (If you don't have the insurance, then we will point you in the right direction to ensure that you get what is needed without wasting time or money)
-Be physically fit. (You do not need to be the Incredible Hulk, but you need to be able to safely move the 24 and 32 foot extension ladders)
-You need to understand that effectively you will be running your own business, as an independent contractor, and if you are not 100% set up for that, then we will help you.

Pay: $40.00 - $90.00 per hour, rate is based on commissions earned
