Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Pay: $21-$23/hr.

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of an Accounting Clerk for a Dental equipment company in Englewood, CO. The ideal professional will demonstrate sound communication skills, strong accounting skills, and strong organizational skills.

Job Highlights:

• Review accounting spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
• Assist in receiving payables from Vendors
• Enter invoices into ERP System
• Determine accounts for distributions for payments
• Assist in posting receiving invoices from Vendors
• Request W9s from vendors
• Assist in reconciling expense reports
• Assist in responding to customer requests relating to accounting
• Contact accounts on payments past due
• Assist in daily invoicing of orders
• Enter tracking/shipping information on customer invoices
• Collect Credit card information and file in secure locked AR filing cabinet daily
• Process credit card orders and credit card payments
• Assist in running and completes sales tax reports monthly and quarterly

What we look for:

• 2+ years’ experience in an Accounting role (AP/AR)
• Strong MS Office Suite skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read fine print associates with invoices
