Security Officer - Night Patrol - Hialeah, Fl

We are seeking a Security Officer - Residential and Parking Lot Patrol, to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

Schedule:

• 8PM - 6AM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the high-rise building and parking garage.

• Monitor and inspect access points, ensuring the security of doors, windows, and gates.

• Stay vigilant and alert for any signs of unusual activities, security breaches, or unauthorized individuals.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, following established procedures and protocols.

• Collaborate with building occupants and employees, fostering positive relationships and encouraging the reporting of suspicious activities.

• Utilize security technology, such as cameras and communication devices, to enhance surveillance efforts.

• Document and report any incidents, observations, or security breaches accurately and promptly.

• Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

• Enforce security policies consistently and courteously, maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Ensure the proper functioning of lighting and report any maintenance issues affecting security.
