Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify electrical issues and malfunctions in equipment or systems.
• Troubleshoot and pinpoint root causes of electrical problems.
• Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to assist in diagnostics.
• Develop repair plans and strategies to address identified electrical issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements on electrical components such as wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Install, configure, and calibrate electrical systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to develop innovative solutions to complex electrical problems.
• Communicate with customers to gather information about electrical issues and provide updates on service progress.
• Explain technical concepts and repair procedures to customers clearly and understandably.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Document service activities, including diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations, for future reference.

Job requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
• Clear background check with no history of criminal offenses
• 3-5 years of electrical experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
