Electrical Technician Job Summary: 

Pridestaff is working with a well-known manufacturer of speciality and custom equipment that is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their growing team. The Electrical Technician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment on speciality truck equipment. The ideal Electrical Technician knows electrical systems, circuitry, and control panels and has experience in an industrial or commercial setting. The Electrical Technician is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Waco, TX.


Electrical Technician  Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, Inspect & Troubleshoot Electrical Wiring, Panels, Motors & Control Systems
  • Perform Routine Maintenance & Implement Effective Solutions for Electrical Faults Using Multimeters, Oscilloscopes & Other Testing Devices
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols & Electrical Codes (NEC)
  • Document all Maintenance Activities, Repairs & Inspections Accurately
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams or Complex Projects & Assist in Training Junior Technicians


Electrical Technician  Job Requirements: 

  • HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must Have Experience as an Electrical Technician in Industrial or Commercial Setting
  • Proficiency with Testing Tools (Multimeters, Clamp Meters, Circuit Analyzers)
  • Must be Able to Read Technical Diagrams, Schematics & Blueprints
