The Opportunity Commercial Electrical Field Coach

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Commercial Electrical Field Coach to invest in, support, and develop our commercial electrical field teams.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. As a Commercial Electrical Field Coach, youll spend your time in the field walking alongside our Foremen, Leadmen, Mechanics, and Apprentices. Your mission is to help our teams grow, remove obstacles, strengthen leadership, improve execution, and ensure every project is completed with excellence.

This role is about more than managing projects. It is about building people. You will coach field leaders in planning, manpower coordination, productivity, safety, quality, communication, and leadership while helping develop the next generation of leaders at Kasper Electric.

Youll partner directly with Project Managers, Field Leadership, General Contractors, vendors, inspectors, Foremen, and electricians to create alignment, strengthen relationships, and equip our teams with the resources and guidance needed to succeed.

Build trust with Foremen, field teams, customers, and contractors

Teach best practices in electrical installation, planning, safety, and quality
Coach Foremen and future leaders on communication, ownership, and execution
Have strong knowledge of electrical code, construction methods, and commercial electrical systems
Understand manpower planning, scheduling, productivity, and job execution
Identify problems early and work alongside teams to create solutions
Communicate clearly between field teams and office leadership
Protect and strengthen company standards across every job site
Maintain a valid drivers license and insurable driving record
Have experience leading commercial electrical teams and projects

Exceptional Candidates: Commercial Electrical Field Coach

Have 7+ years of commercial electrical experience
Have experience as an Electrical Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role
Have successfully developed others into stronger leaders
Are respected because of their character, knowledge, and ability to influence others
Know how to balance support, encouragement, and accountability
Can plan, implement, and achieve project goals within expected timelines
Understand labor tracking, productivity, schedules, and project profitability
Are passionate about mentoring others and creating opportunities for growth
