The Opportunity ๏ฟฝ Commercial Electrical Field Coach
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Commercial Electrical Field Coach to invest in, support, and develop our commercial electrical field teams.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role. As a Commercial Electrical Field Coach, you'll spend your time in the field walking alongside our Foremen, Leadmen, Mechanics, and Apprentices. Your mission is to help our teams grow, remove obstacles, strengthen leadership, improve execution, and ensure every project is completed with excellence.
This role is about more than managing projects. It is about building people. You will coach field leaders in planning, manpower coordination, productivity, safety, quality, communication, and leadership while helping develop the next generation of leaders at Kasper Electric.
You'll partner directly with Project Managers, Field Leadership, General Contractors, vendors, inspectors, Foremen, and electricians to create alignment, strengthen relationships, and equip our teams with the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
