Job Title: General Production Team Member
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm
NO NIGHTS/WEEKENDS
9 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Floating Day-Redeem in your birthday month)
Summary:
Cut and organize lumber, OSB & EPS foam, for each job as requested. Build posts, headers, and special panels. Be able to build structural insulated panels (SIPs) from start to finish.

- Move material for all areas of production.
- Know different dimensions of lumber.
- Pre-stage all lumber and foam by project number.
- Set up and run nail guns, staplers, and saws.
- Read prints and finish panels according to the prints.
- Notify department lead or supervisor when supplies are low.
- Inventory of all lumber and know where it is located.
- Efficient use of material.
- Visually inspect material to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Housekeeping at end of shift.
- Assist in other areas as requested.
Job Qualifications:
Education and /or Experience: High School diploma or GED; previous construction experience is preferred.
Skills: Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16” and read blueprints. Good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs.
