You will gain hands on knowledge and experience in the IT industry! If you are organized, have a passion for IT, and can communicate effectively we want to speak with you!
Responsibilities:
- Learn to run cabling and properly configure during audio-visual installations
- Work with a team of technicians to accomplish a common goal
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Track customer issues and resolutions
