Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. This is an entry level position with an expectation to grow with the Agency. Insurance experience is preferred but not required as we will train the right person.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and newly acquired policyholders.
- Answer the phone, greet customers, take payments, and complete various other daily activities.
- Be timely in accordance with the Agency office hours and present a professional appearance.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
