Job Requirements and Responsibilities

The sales and operations manager  believes that each client interaction is an opportunity to delight, engage and impress.  You’re the face and voice of Office Evolution to clients and visitors and will be responsible for all sales and operations at one of our Business Centers. This role is based in Iselin (Woodbridge township), NJ. Business Center-  one of  our largest center in NJ.

• Customer service-driven and hospitality-minded with an overall professional demeanor
• A positive influencer – always seeing the good and bringing out the best in others
• Motivated by exposure to growing businesses and building the community through new membership sales
• A possessor of strong business/sales acumen with ability to learn, embrace, and explain new business solutions
• Resourceful, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing processes and technologies
• Delighted to work and make decisions independently, but have a strong commitment to the team and to our company vision: success for our clients
• Administratively detailed, exceptionally organized and possess a strong work ethic
• A relationship-builder with the ability to generate and maintain positive, effective relationships with clients, prospects, vendors, co-workers and community/professional contacts
• Both a street-smart team player and a self-starter with strong work ethic who learns quickly
• Extremely hands on and fit in an entrepreneurial organization which might require you to roll up your sleeves to get things done in the center
• Outstanding in both written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with social media marketing (FB, LinkedIn etc)
• Agile and adept in time management and computer skills

Compensation, Benefits and Other Information:

• Full time position 40 hrs. per week, may include occasional weekends and evenings
• Salary Range $60,000- $70,000 depending on experience
