Job Description

Volley Automation is a parking technology company that designs solutions for fully automated and adaptable parking infrastructure. Our goal is to create sustainable parking solutions that can be reconfigured and repurposed throughout a building's life. Our technology parks cars in far less garage space compared to traditional garages with a valet-style experience for all.

 

Role Description

Volley Automation is seeking an experienced Sales Development Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful build out and use of the Company CRM system (HubSpot). You should have experience in building sales dashboards, sales reports, and KPI administration. In this role, you will interface with the Company sales team and be a key member of the go to market strategy to grow and accelerate sales through the use of data analytics and sales presentation strategy.

This is a broad role with strategic input but still involves significant individual contributor work. You must be ready to jump into a complex, evolving environment and prioritize efficiently. You should expect that you will be setting up new systems, policies and sales procedures that will be required to effectively scale the organization.

 

Responsibilities 

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborating closely with the Marketing, Business Development, and Lead Generation, the Sales Development Analyst will:

  • Bridge sales enablement with data analysis to drive growth and support our sales team
  • Oversee and manage the creation of workflows, automations, lead scoring, email development, dashboards, reporting and more within CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Responsible for management and maintenance of the market database of clients and prospective customers.
  • Track progress and issue periodic updates to leadership on Sales KPIs, customer engagement, and CRM
  • Use CRM (HubSpot) to develop and maintain email templates, simple and complex workflows, campaigns, and custom reporting
  • Create clear and concise data visualizations, graphs, and charts to facilitate data-driven decision-making for reporting and presentations
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize selling strategies and improve overall performance
  • Create and manage target customer lists from national industry databases and import into CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Ensure business plans, tracking reports, strategies, evaluations, and dashboards are accurate and completed on time
  • Conduct market research, in coordination with Marketing, to identify potential opportunities with construction leads, industry trends and the competitive landscape

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or sales enablement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of sales enablement initiatives
  • Familiarity with sales processes, pipeline management, and B2B selling
  • Aptitude for utilizing data, insights & resources to develop a compelling selling story
  • Advanced working experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and creating dashboards, KPI reporting and prospect updates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced skills with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formula work) and CRM (HubSpot) 
  • Ability to work remotely; home office the majority of your time, occasional travel for company meetings or trade shows
  • Experience with startups a plus
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, HubSpot CRM, and lead generation software

The target base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 annually.
