Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee remittance and refund processes
Manage accounts payable
Handle vendor inquiries
Manage 1099 process
Identify process improvement opportunities
Assist with audits as needed

Requirements:

Associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred
3+ years experience in accounting processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
Knowledge of databases
1099 processing experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient organization and time-management skills.
Strong technical abilities, including Excel knowledge and experience
