These areas are supported by our global technology team which offers tech enabled solutions and integrated enterprise help desk and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Issue Resolution: Quickly comprehend and resolve user problems, collaborating with internal teams for swift solutions.
Security Tools Proficiency: Acquire a fundamental understanding of security tools like Web proxy, IAM, and phishing detection.
Operating System Expertise: Address security-related issues on Windows/Linux operating systems effectively.
Hardware Management: Confidently lift and install devices up to 50 lbs, ensuring secure and systematic rack mounting.
Cable Organization: Methodically manage cables to maintain an organized and functional work environment.
Scripting and Dashboard Development: Utilize basic scripting skills to develop integrations and intuitive dashboards.
Professional Growth: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and master new tools and technologies.
Afterhours Availability: Occasionally be available to work onsite after hours on weekdays and on some weekends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Familiarity with hardware installation and maintenance.
Basic scripting knowledge in languages like Python and Bash for automation and dashboard development.
